Convenient to airport, covered parking, timely shuttle and friendly service.
You pick me up at my car, give me a cat with the location of my parking spot and you’re there when I get off the plane. It doesn’t get any better than that. All drivers are courteous and helpful.

THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAD WAS WHEN CHECKING OUT I DIDN'T KNOW I HAD TO USE THE SAME CREDIT CARD THAT I USED WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION.
I had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes before getting picked up by the shuttle bus. Not too bad.

I'm always amazed at how fast the drivers are to pick me up. It's like Wally Park used to be when they were across the street. While I haven't had the same service at the Parking Spot 1 or 2, Plus is great! I do wish there was a way at the airport to signal I am on my way as I often see the bus driving away as I'm almost to it. But that's an airport issue I guess.

Quick, friendly and efficient service.
Our only problem on this trip was that our flight was delayed, and it was after 1A when we needed the shuttle back., and we don't have your app. So, when we called no one answered the phone and after 10 rings it disconnected. Luckily a shuttle showed up shortly and the driver told us that the person in the booth only works until 1A.
It would be nice if there was a way that after 1A the calls could be forwarded to the drivers.
But, as usual we love Parking Spot!!

Booking online was easy the shuttle to and from the airport was quick. Checking out was also easy and the water available to us was just a nice bonus.
