Guest Testimonials
I parked in the international covered area and the car to terminal and back to my car service worked great and was very reasonably priced.
Always so courteous, easy to find and on time
Convenient location, great drivers, prompt pick up. Thank you!!!
Slight issue (that's just life) BUT the Company, especially Reg. VP Parth Dave, responded, was very professional, and made it right. That's the sign of a good Company and a good Man. Thanks much. Have already scheduled our next reservation!
It is near the airport and Van transport is available in few minutes
The app makes it easy to know when shuttle will arrive and typically it is quick!
Easy in, easy out. Bus picks up at the lot immediately after I park. At the airport the wait is usually short.
The drivers are very friendly and the parking process is very efficient. I also like that the space is covered.

It's easy and affordable. It doesn't take very long before you're on your way to the airport. And same when returning from the airport.
Very friendly people working at the Washington location. Super simple.
The staff is always friendly; the service is super quick and efficient. The Parking Spot just goes over and above the rest! The price is reasonable, but for what you get, it is so worth it! We will never use anyone else now that we found the Parking Spot!
You guys run a timely and efficient operation and your staff’s very kind and professional.

Readily available, friendly drivers, great service. Busses come every 15 minutes or so, and we needn't wait too long.
It's safe, gated, camera's, and picked up at your car plus personable and courteous drivers.
The location of the parking lot along with the ease and convenience of taking the shuttle, that runs pretty fast, to the airport. Would definitely use again!
Convenient, dependable and safe
Location is good price is average
Parking Spot was very conveniently located across from the Buffalo Airport, parking was easy and as inexpensive as long-term parking. The shuttle picked us up and got us to the airport in about ten minutes.
When we returned two weeks later, we contacted Parking Spot through the app (you can also call them) and a shuttle came by within a few minutes.
I've used them previously, and I'll continue to use them whenever I fly out of Buffalo.
The shuttle was easy and we barely had to wait for it. Being dropped off right at our car was very useful. Overall, great experience!
dependable
Great service-immediate pickup and that goes for entering and exiting.
Quick, easy and affordable.
