I like everything about The Parking Spot. It's easy to reserve online, easy to enter the lot, easy to get on the van (because the driver always gets my bags), easy to enter the airport after being dropped off at the door, easy to get a van upon return, and easy to get back to my car. Easy in and out. I have lived in Atlanta for 6 years and have always used this location. I will never change. Way too convenient. Even when I locked my keys in my car an employee let me use his phone to call AAA.
I recently left my CPAP machine on a bus after returning from a trip. I called and was told it had been found and I could come get it at the booth. I will always appreciate your taking care of my memory lapse.

Everything went very well. Upon arriving at the parking facility on the first day, I was immediately directed as to where I should park my car. An attendant was there to move my bags from the car to the shuttle bus. The drive to the airport was smooth. Upon returning to the airport after my vacation nine days later, the ticket I had been given on the first day was clear as to where I needed to go to get picked up by the shuttle. I have no complaints about my experience.
Very convenient and fast service. Both getting picked up in the parking spot lot and getting picked up at the airport when I return. Very friendly drivers and courteous.

I like that I hardly have to wait to be picked up at the airport nor at the lot when I drop off. Also, the drivers are amazing. Mike unloaded my bag and even put it in my trunk for me. That is above and beyond!
