I have had a great experience this far!
My wife and I got back on the 13th of September at 1:30 plenty of time to pick up our car. We had our our ticket packed away but I used the QR code on my phone to get directed to the right bus. We were told by the first person we met to go to stop number 6 then was told at that place we needed to got to stop number 8 at the airport. When we pulled in we were on the wrong bus and parking lot. They were nice enough after gathering people up their we got off at that office and another driver took us to the right lot but could not take us to our car and had to walk to the office and wait on another driver to take us to our car. In the process everyone was super nice. When we got to the car we had a dead battery so we had to wait on someone to get free to help us out with a jump start. By the time we got going it must had been past our time because we got charged another day. Next time I will make sure will allow for at least 3 hours for any hold ups before picking my car up.But like I said people were friendly!
I like that you pick me up and take me to my car - I wish there were more buses. It's also a pain (made much worse by construction) to get in and out of the lot from the highway.

Our driver on check out night waited to make sure our vehicle would start. It did not. Within a few mins she had a kind gentleman come with a battery charger. We were up and running in no time. The driver even offered for us to wait in the warm bus. It was so cold outside and had she not waited, we would have been miserable trying to find help. We were foolishly not dressed for the cold ( we had just returned from Jamaica).
