I returned to BDL at 2am very early Monday morning and there was The Parking Spot van right on the curb! I was exhausted from 16 hours of travel and the driver was welcoming and friendly.
And my car was ready to go !

Always appreciate that I don't wait long at my car or the airport for a shuttle to arrive. Like that you can track the shuttle on the app.
Always appreciated when driver comes out of the seat to help with bags HOWEVER - on both legs of my trip - one female turned around and asked "You ok with your bags?" Felt like I couldn't say I needed help. On pickup from airport, driver didnt get out of his seat either. This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
Both of my drivers were friendly and helpful.
