It makes parking so convenient for the airport and less stressful than parking at the airport
I like the ease of making a reservation, and the parking. The signage that tells where parking is availability is nice. The green sign was out showing me current parking spots. I followed the yellow ( thinking it was green) for a bit. However once I saw a green sign I realized my mistake. ( I wonder if the color could be displayed at the entrance to confirm.
The bus drivers are helpful and friendly.

Quick pickup from the airport after landing since we were tired of traveling. But a previous time we had to wait 45 minutes to be picked up. So maybe tube improved their shuttle timing.

It easy to get in and out of the parking lot, you never have to wait for a shuttle because they always seem to be there waiting to pick you up at your car and at the airport. The drivers are helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable especially for the great service you get.
your app is an improvement over USA parking which had nothing. I like the quick check in and check out, pay in advance.
