Easy access and very reliable shuttle

Great service by the drivers

Everything went very smoothly.

Shuttle Service, and easy to make reservation

I have already recommended to several people!! Prompt service to and from the airport and even helped with the luggage. This was the easiest long term parking EVER!!

Very courteous

So far, I’m loving the services from you.

Rse of us, friendly fast service

Easy, safe, well lit, quick shuttle.

Prompt, reasonably priced service.

Ousmane was our driver from the airport this past trip and he went above and beyond in helping me and my fractured hip. His kindness was genuine and without him I don’t think I could have gotten in and out of the van.

In all my trips (except for one a couple of years ago) I have found your drivers very helpful and friendly. Ousmane is the best of the best!

I have parked my car at the Parking Spot North many times and find the cost reasonable. I like parking there because I feel my car will be safe versus parking at parking right at the airport.

Convenience, ease making reservations

Everything was great and easy to navigate . Very user friendly.

Drivers are courteous, shuttles run at a reasonable rate and parking is convenient.

Well organized. Good system with the outgoing driver giving me a card with the space number on it and the incoming driver asking for the card. Drivers were courteous and professional.

Easy to get to. Indoor or outdoor parking. Shuttle always tight there to pick you up.

Easy in and out

The convenience of being picked up at my vehicle and taken to the airport by shuttle. DFW is so large that I'd be totally lost if it weren't for this service.

very good drivers who are concerned about the welfare and safety of their passegers

Great location, fast and friendly service.

This is a convenient way to park and get to the airport without a lot of hassle. I typically love the service. I've been a long time customer of the Parking Spot. This last time I was a little surprised that the driver drove right by me and didn't come back to pick me up. I had to walk to the front to let the guy at the booth know I was left. As I was doing so, the driver drove by shaking his head at me in disappointment (I didn't know I'd see him - I was only going to the booth). He stopped and picked me up fortunately. He asked me what row I was on and I told him aisle 12 where I was supposed to be and told him he drove right by me. I know that the booth tells the drivers who all is coming in. I don't know why he didn't get an accurate car headcount. He was obviously in a big hurry. Not the typical experience for me. The driver on the way home was wonderful. I knew exactly where I had parked on aisle 12 so she was able to get me to my car right away even though I didn't have a spot number.
