Clean lots and well lit. Very easy process to and from airport.
Usually a shuttle outside when we leave the airport. Easy to book and use
Quick pick up and drop off. Especially pick up after long flight!
Proximity to airport and reservation process, airport transport, and payment options.
Convenient and close to LAX and sometimes discount pricing really makes parking at the Parking Spot also economical… otherwise it’s great but maybe expensive compared to other options.
Efficient

My experience at the Parking Spot has been good. I have used them for several years and will continue to use them. I must say they are fast and efficient at the counter, and the drivers are very polite and helpful with luggage.
