I love parking at the Parking Spot 2, it's my favorite location and I, typically, always recommend this location to my friends and family. However, I will say that I have been very disappointed the last 2 times that I was there because the shuttle bus was absolutely miserable to ride in. In July, the driver told us the air was completely out and it was 100+ degrees outside. Everyone on the shuttle was dripping sweat before we made the short trip to the airport, which is unacceptable, in my opinion. When I was just there parking last week, it was so hot onboard the shuttle that we were sweating again, just not as bad as the time before. I feel like based on the parking prices, your customers deserve better transportation and your drivers deserve better working situations because I can't imagine how miserable it is to sit on a hot shuttle but filled with people all day. Other than this one disappointing part, I love the service and options at the Parking Spot 2.

95% of the time, efficient, certainly on the trip to the airport. Have had minor issues on occasion with drivers trying to locate vehicles on lot. Highly recommend this service though!
