Guest Testimonials
Very convenient to book my parking, lot attendant directed me to the alphabetic row I needed to park in, the shuttle was literally a minute or two from picking me up. Facility is clean, safe and secure. The app is super helpful as you can track the shuttle when you arrive at the zone area for pickup. Will be using the Parking Spot for my future flights from Charlotte Airport.
Everything! I won’t use airport parking again
Quick, efficient, easy.
I like how convenient it is to park.I like being dropped off and picked up from the terminal.
Simple and convenient
Convenience and pleasant helpful staff
Services were good, but I noticed that the buses/vans are old making noise, and the parking lot where I park my car (covered premium) are super dirty with lots a trash on the ground.
Easy to register for a spot. Got veteran discount. Easy pick up and drop off. Professional drivers.
It's great to have this so close to the airport and everyone is so helpful.
I like the ease of booking a reservation online and having a variety of affordable parking options, even in the covered sections. Scanning the QR code to enter and exit is always quick and the staff at the entrance are always helpful. Shuttles are clean and drivers are quick, helpful, and friendly.
Nice and close to the airport, very easy to get in and out. And the shuttle drivers are wonderful.

Fast secure delivery and pickup. Very little wait and had 20 plus people ready to be picked up.
On time and friendly drivers.
It was very easy to use, but the exit signs were confusing.

The staff is very friendly, kind and courteous. They always greet you as though you're family. They take care of you bags and vehicle as if they were theirs personally. The service is efficient; no waiting around on transportation. When you return, transportation to their facility is readily available and your vehicle is waiting for you.
