It was easy to make the reservation online and to enter the parking area when I arrived. The shuttle drivers were courteous and professional, and I did not have to wait very long either going to or coming from the airport terminal so that was really good. The one issue I had, however, was when I returned and was ready to exit the parking area, the machine where I was going to exit did not accept my QR code and processed for about three or four minutes before I finally realized it wasn’t working. I had to use another exit machine. it would be nice if there were parking spot employees more readily available other than the shuttle drivers to answer questions and to let them know that there is a problem. Other than that, I had a good experience and I will use parking spot again.
