It is so much easier to be dropped off and picked up at the terminal, especially if your terminal has changed since you booked. It's a lot better than parking at Terminal C then finding out your flight now leaves at Terminal A. Everyone is courteous and professional. Pick up going and returning is quick.

The pick ups and drop offs
It's easy to make a reservation online. My only concern is that i paid for premium parking and when I arrive at 4:30 am I didn't know where premium parking was. The garage was really full and I had to drive until i found a spot. So not sure if i would pay for premium parking again due to the fact that I didn't know where premium parking was. The drivers were extremely nice and helpful with our luggage. We didn't have to wait long to get on a bus to go to the airport and returning back to the garage.
Great parking place. The staff are wonderful and kind. Very prompt shuttle that knows when you are picking up luggage ( via their app they locate you and tell you which door to meet the shuttle at)
