The drivers are always very helpful with the luggage. At 73, i really appreciate their help. The front gate staff is always there to direct you to a spot. And, I've never had to wait long for a pick up either coming or going at odd hours.

It was easy to sign up for a dropoff/pickup date and time online. Everyone I spoke with at the office was great, especially the person working the dropoff booth outside who patiently explained everything to me, a first-time customer. It was easy to call when I landed and give my ticket info and there was a shuttle already at the pickup spot at BNA when we got there. Both shuttle drivers were wonderful and we appreciate the help with the bags. We'll definitely be using The Parking Spot from now on when we fly out of BNA.

I like that I am picked up at my car so I don't have to struggle with my luggage. I wish there were more buses to pick up when I returned to airport as I had to wait about 50 minutes for one to come. We were there around dinner time so it was not a late flight.
All relatively easy. Very expensive
With the drop off and the shuttle ride maybe 10 minutes.very convenient.
