I like how quickly the bus arrives to pick us up at both our spot and also at the airport when we return.
The Parking spot was so easy to navigate. I checked in with my QR code on my phone and parked. The Yellow spotted bus came right away and picked us up. The bus drivers were very friendly and courtious. When we got back to Cleveland we just went to #5 stall and the yellow spotted bus was there to pick us up in 5 minutes. I highly reccomend using The Parking Spot.
Love the ease of use. Very easy to book and I ended up having to extend due to delayed flights. Also loved that the shuttle picks you up at your car, then the driver gives you a card, so you don't have to try and remember where you parked. The shuttle drivers both ways were super friendly as well.
Always leave my car at parking spot ,either 1 or 2 when catching a plane !!! Safe n will do it again

The parking area is all paved and well marked for easy spot identification. Drivers are generally friendly and helpful in picking you up at drop-off with card. Making the reservations is quick and easy. I much preferred having a Park Spot card as opposed to the QR code requirement, but will adjust as required. Will also look forward to the time when covered parking may be available there.
Fast, efficient good price
It is so easy to prebook online! They are fast and efficient when picking you up at your spot and getting you to the airport! It is easy to spot them when you arrive back at the airport and return you to your car. Very professional!
