Even though I arrived to no open spaces for my reservation, I was permitted to park in valet at my same reserved price. They are super friendly there and I love parking there. The shuttle drivers were doing their best to fit us all in on my trip back even though the airport was totally crazy and crowded on a Sunday night.

Your drivers are always friendly and helpful with the large luggage. I have been using Parking Spot 2 for years, and my car is always safe and exactly how I left it. I have also never had a bad experience using Parking Spot 2. I have already made a reservation for Parking Spot 2 for my next trip in August.

Friendly, professional, and prompt service! I recommend using the app. This allows you to tip the driver, which seems like the best thing to do since they are so helpful, as well as operate the gates. Normally I don't like apps because they reduce person-to-person interaction. But in this case, you are automating things that allow better interaction. The ease in use of this parking lot actually is what keeps BWI as are go-to airport.
