Using the Parking Spot is so convenient. The ease of reserving, getting in and getting out of the parking lot is amazing, no hassle. I also appreciate the shuttle availability to and from the airport is very convenient.

The women greeted us with smiles and positive attitudes. They both have clear instructions. The buses run regularly and there is little to no wait at the airport and at your car. We choose covered parking, so these experiences might be different for uncovered.

Parking service is easy and process for pickup to the airport are great. The best part of the services provided is the frequency of shuttle for pickup when returning to Philadelphia. This by far is the main reason I pick The Parking Spot.
