I like the location, I like the covered garage, especially during the winter. I like that we don't have to wait long to be picked up at the airport. The drivers are all so helpful and friendly.

I didn't realize that I booked valet for this trip until I arrived and couldn't get into the self-park. I think I'll do valet from now on because it was easier than driving around finding a self-park spot. I didn't have to worry about parking too close to someone, because those spots are super tight. I also didn't have to worry about locating my car upon my return because it was in the valet section. Easy and fast
Excellent service, convenient location, friendly staff and clean facility!
Really easy to get to. We have used the location several times and right from the entrance, the attendant is there to make sure we get in, gives clear simple directions as to where to go to find a space. Phone communication with shuttle driver to let them know we're on the way for immediate pick up after parking. Under roof parking is essential especially during winter. Clean, well lit and safe. Shuttle clean, drivers always polite and helpful.

The drivers always so helpful and friendly! I flew in on 12/11 around 9-9:15pm and was so appreciative of the driver who helped me brush my car off. I just got a brand new vehicle and couldn't find my snow brush in my car, so he helped me out. I felt bad I couldn't tip him because I didn't have any cash and his QR code wasn't posted.
I really appreciate the QR code to tip my driver's now, because often times I don't have cash. I will continue to use your services!

The whole process is so much faster than economy parking. Your drivers were very courteous and helpful.
In the morning and early day, the shuttles are plentiful and run on a nice schedule. The greeter at the gate is nice! The process to check out has been nice and quick.
However....the afternoon and especially late night shuttles don't run as often and wait time is much longer than promised. Then you go to track the shuttle, it glitches where the buses are suppose to be. And for a week now the app wil not let me modify or cancel my reservations and now it won't let me log back in!
