The friendly service & convience
Good pickup and drop-off service. Your shuttle vehicles need new shocks.
Convenience mostly
What i don't like are the prices
On time, my car was ready.
Great
easy to access, courteous staff
Always quick pick up and drop off. Drivers are sooo friendly even at 1:30am!!! I am very thankful for this service and I have already today recommended you to a future traveler!!!
Your Shuttle Drivers are extremely courteous, helpful and professional.
Fast professional and dependable service.
Easy access and reliability
The drivers are super nice and helpful
The shuttle picked me up at my car and dropped me off at my car. It was half the price of the surface lot at the airport and much more convenient. Unfortunately, the free car wash wasn’t working.
The Parking Spot in Oakland always goes above and beyond. I absolutely love the service, which is impeccable. They are the kindest people. I will park at The Parking Spot even if the economy lot is cheaper at the airport just for the excellent service and convenience.
Everything
Convenient and easy to book and the drivers are all super sweet!
Easy check in and check out.
Easy to park, van always ready to go to or from airport.
Professionalism of drivers, close proximity to airport: cost needs a second look though
First name removed
Very professional
Pleasant employees all around
It was easy and so convenient!
Clean and safe location. Service is timely and drivers are excellent.
Very convenient at Buffalo airport & appreciate that shuttle meets us at our car at any hour to take us to airport and comes quickly (sometimes already making the rounds to the airport before we call for pick up). Driver is so helpful with our baggage. We always have a travel wheelchair that we need help with too.
Easy convenient and shuttles are always available
Shuttle service employees
Ease of entry and ecit; timely pickup both going and coming
Your prices and your drivers
I book my flights out several months in advance
Unfortunately your prices are way too high
I would like to book them in advance with the 25-30 % discount up front
Easy to book, fast service, hassle free.
Easy to park quick shuttle service
