The efficiency and clarity of the parking lot is not as good as when it was USAirport but still preferable to the airport lots. The signage for exactly where to park when entering could use improvement but everything else was still pretty smooth.

Safe and secure parking with reliable shuttle service to the airport. I can drive to the airport on my schedule and know the shuttle will be availabe no matter what time of night my flight gets in. I like not having to worry about calling an Uber or taxi when I'm tired and just want to get home. The price is very reasonable, especially in the uncovered self-park lot, and especially for extended stays with membership in the Spot Club. A recent 18 night park was probably less than a round trip taxi fare.
