This time my experience was much better. Being picked up within minutes of parking my car unlike the last time I waited 10 minutes. Then rode around forever loading the bus up until every seat was filled. That’s ok, but waiting for cars to pull in and unload is not what I expect.
The only thing I could think that caused this you were short on drivers. At least, explain this to us.

Location is very close to the airport. The van runs frequently and the drivers are pleasant.
The staff and drivers are friendly and professional. I never have to wait for a shuttle at the lot. I had been a loyal user at Parking Spot 3, but the service there has dropped off. I always had to walk to find a shuttle, and sometimes I would have to walk halfway across the lot. The East lot is certainly worth the little extra drive. Keep doing what your doing! The app showing where the shuttle is when you're waiting in the oppressive heat under all the concrete of Sky Harbor Airport is probably best part. When I get home, I just want to get to my car.
