I can’t say enough good things about The Parking Spot Century, especially Daniel Sanchez, Assistant General Manager. His customer service is truly outstanding and sets the tone for the entire operation. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience and runs a tight, well-organized facility.

Every time I park here, the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, and that absolutely reflects great leadership. The shuttles are quick, the lot is clean and secure, and everything runs smoothly from drop-off to pick-up. On my most recent visit, Daniel took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and that we were taken care of — that kind of attention really stands out.

It’s rare these days to find someone in management who is this hands-on and customer-focused. Because of Daniel and his team, this will continue to be my go-to parking spot when flying out of LAX. Highly recommend this location and the people who run it.

As soon as we were picked up at our car the driver took off for the airport so he didn't sit around waiting to see if anyone else was arriving. Also, on the way home he picked up the people who were waiting and again, took off for the parking lot. People are usually in a hurry to get to the airport and on the way home, are tired and just want to get to their cars and go home.

Once arrived at the facility it's really easy to park, and the driver follows one so that pick up to go to the airport is quick.
On the return trip from the airport, a call nets a quick arrival of the driver to pick one up!

I like that it is easy to access the lot. They come right to my car with the shuttle, sometimes before I am even out of my car and get my luggage. The return process usually works well. I can see where the shuttle is located and they take me right back to my car.

Being able to reserve a parking spot online, checking in is a breeze, and having a pick up immediately is perfect. The drivers are incredibly helpful in loading and unloading luggage on the bus. We have used Parking Spot East numerous times and have never been disappointed.

Quick and easy.

Pick up at your car. Drivers are friendly and put your suitcase in the van and also will but your suitcase in your car on drop off.

Our last driver on Jan 25 was the nicest driver we’ve ever had. Older, African American gentleman. He was very safe in the ice and snow. Kept his bus warm and was very personable. You need 10 more of him!!
