Very simple process to create a reservation, park, shuttle to/from the airport, and head home after a trip!

Drop off was very easy. However, I couldn't load the pick-up app on my phone to notify you were were back. Couldn't find where to load it. Luckily there was a van coming in, so we hopped on that without letting you know we had picked up our bags and were ready for pick-up.
Otherwise a good experience.
The discounts were nice too..AAA etc.

The manager, Daniel, is very responsive and attentive to the customers needs. He definitely went out of his way to ensure we were happy. We will be using the Parking Spot again on our next trip.
