Close and convenient parking to the DAL terminal. My only qualm is that I am not a fan of the Covered/Premium model that you recently launched. It seems to have confused the pick-up process.* The drop-off procedure had always been subject to the driver calculating the most efficient routing for the travelers returning to their cars and travelers had no say in the routing. The preference for dropping off Premium travelers, first, would generally be hard to discern from the efficient routing that previous dictated the drop-off order.
*On multiple occasions, I have been waiting to be picked up in the Covered sections, only to see a nearly empty shuttle headed to the terminal from the Premium section.

I love knowing that my vehicle is parked at a safe, well lit facility and the covered parking is well worth the extra money, After a flight and long trek through the airport the free water at the exit is a much welcomed perk.

I did not like the the pickup driver was not friendly and very short with us when asking questions. Also you do not drop off at the roof top parking and it was raining and that was not good. The drop off driver was awesome , friendly and very very helpful.
