Instead of transporting her or making me get our car and drive back to the airport to pick her up, they went out of their way to bring our car to us at the terminal. I have been a fan of TPS for years. I now use it exclusively. However, for early morning, flights, the vans at DAL TPS 1 have gotten really slow about making rounds. We used to barely get out of our car before the van arrived. Now, we wait 10-15 minutes for a van.

I've had quite a few bad experiences at the JFK location of The Parking Spot where, if not for the fact that I have so many rewards points built up, I would've left a long time ago. But, on this last visit, Raven was the driver and she was stained awesome. Before even leaving the parking structure, she stopped three bus and addressed the passengers with clear and informative instructions on where to go and that not only helped to organize the trip ahead of time but also impressed every passenger on board. Speaking with others on board they say that this was the very first time a driver had ever done that and that they loved it. I myself found it refreshing and it gave me hope for future business with The Parking Spot.
