The drivers are very nice and helpful. When arriving at my car the driver offered to put my suitcase in my car. But, the hatchback would not open as my car battery was dead. He helped jump the battery and I was so thankful for his help. He also put the suitcase in the car. I am sorry I did not get his name to share the with you.

Convenience
We have been members of Spot for several years but have seen a down trend in services. It appears that staffing may not up to par.....our last two visits have resulted in long wait times to be picked up from our car going to airport. The latest one found the bus to be full so bypassed us and we had to wait for next bus to return from airport, drop off those travelers then pick us up. Appeared that there were only 2 busses running that day. Hopefully you can add more drivers, but I'm sure staffing is not without its challenges. Covered parking was added, which is nice, but resulted in a significant increase in rates to pay for that. Please don't let this business loose it's niche.

there was a bit of confusion as the rooftop parking that we prepaid for was full. The attendant had us park in covered parking with no further instructions. upon return, the automated exit said we owed $99 more! Within a few minutes it was resolved, but could have gone smoother if the day we parked in a different area to resolve the ticket
