Convinced and courteous drivers
It reasonable, the location was perfect less than a mile from Love Field and the drivers taking me the airport and back to my car professional and great customer service.
Easy and quick.... Free water
Conveniently located and reasonable prices.
Everything went like clockwork. Very reasonable pricing.
I like the security at the facility and the minimal wait for shuttles
As always, it was very easy to check in and checkout. Having covered parking was very convenient to come back to in the Arizona heat
We like the convenience of using the Parking Spot. The rewards program is also good.
We had a short wait for the shuttle. The driver was very attentive. Price is fair, and the complimentary water was very welcome
The parking space was oversized as promised and the lot was easy to access. The bus to airport was very good. The pick up was a little more confusing, maybe due to construction.
Convenient location, reasonable rates, friendly staff.
Good, covered/garaged secured parking. Shuttles are efficient.
Very prompt and efficient.
Great parking lot...great employees, always helpful, the people at the gate, the drivers..all excellent. I love the website, easy scan check in and out. I couldn't figure out where to actually print a receipt, though. I did get the receipt by email. All in all, I'm a fan!
Everything even water upon exit
So easy and affordable! Finding the Parking Spot was a real game-changer! We love it and use it every time we fly! Thank you!
The drivers are friendly and kind no matter what time of day.
The Parking Spot has made air travel in and out of Phoenix much more convenient and far less stressful due to ease of its check-in and check-out process, and the frequency of its shuttle service. Speaking of the shuttle service, the drivers are always friendly and extremely helpful, they pick you up from your vehicle, not just near it, and deliver you back to your vehicle on your return trip. Additionally, the option of covered parking is a big plus, especially during the hot summer months in Phoenix.
Easy to use. Fast and efficient while being friendly
24 hour service
We were picked up immediately to head to the airport and also immediately when going back to our car. Driver was very friendly

Great customer service
Quick shuttles, convenient access, and the water when leaving is a great plus!
Online check in and out using the app. Quick shuttle pick ups to and from. Ease of finding a spot and helpful staff. Close to the airport.
Convenient, reliable, time and money savings
Covered parking.
very good
The Parking Spot on Century Blvd. is the location our family uses to park when flying our of LAX
We have a AAA card which gives us a discount and we normally use the Valet service for a few extra dollars costs.
The staff is very helpful and friendly and always has our car ready for us at the curb when we arrive back in the shuttle.
The shuttle recognizes when we arrive (when we open the app) and we can see where the shuttle is on its route to pick us up.
Highly recommend parking here.
Always fast pick ups and good drivers.
