It’s fast, shuttle pickup is fast, driver helps with bags, leaves you off at the airlines checking area. When return, the shuttle is usually waiting at pickup spot at airport, and driver takes you right back to your car. Entrance attendant is there to help with any problems scanning in and offers water when leaves. Usually I am thirsty after plane fligjht and appreciates that.😊
Cost and convenience. Bus will usually pick you up at your car with a couple minutes of arrival. Checking out is easy with the app.
It is very convenient to get to the airport from your Sepulveda facility. The drivers are mostly very friendly.
I fly out of IAH frequently to visit my grandkids, and The Spot #2 has been a lifesaver! I so appreciate the convenience, safety and security that the Spot provides, not to mention the ability to breeze through the airport traffic congestion. The personnel are professional, punctual and very friendly and I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes coming or going. I will definitely continue to use The Spot and highly recommend it to everyone flying in or out of IAH .
