Convenient and quick for pickup and drop-off. Love that you come to our car and we don't have to haul our suitcases to a pickup spot. Downside is that it is darn near impossible to find a way to extend time so you end up paying a high price for "holdover" time.

Always very efficient and quick service to and from the airport. Friendly staff who always assists with bags. Had my car detailed and that was done very nicely, and costs for detailing seem quite reasonable. Hate to see the parking fees going up and up, though. If I can catch a deal, it makes it more cost effective than parking at the terminal still, but your prices used to be much cheaper than the airport….now???
I like the size of the spaces. In 14 years of using East I have never experienced a door ding. Thanks!! Additionally, the team is always pleasant and quite helpful.
Friendly drivers
Everytime we use The Parking Spot, the shuttle drivers are courteous and super helpful. The shuttles are very readily available and we like that they pick us up from our spot, and drop us off at our spot when we return. The points system is awesome, letting us earn free days!
It is much less expensive if you plan ahead and do longer stays. Also, you can earn a free trip about every fifth time. In addition, the shuttles are very timely and very helpful.
The drivers are always polite and helpful. We have never had to wait long for the van. Usually we haven’t even gotten our luggage out of the car and the van is there to pick us up! Then, they drop us off right at our car, not at a central point. We have used the parking spot numerous times and will continue to do so!
Well organized operation- drop off was easy with a quick pick up and ride to the airport- wait time at the airport for pick up was acceptable- overall a very good experience.

We had a wonderful experience on our trip last week. My husband accidentally left a duffle bag on the shuttle when we were dropped at the airport. I called another passenger on the bus, who I'd just exchanged phone numbers with for business reasons while on the shuttle. I called that passenger and he notified the driver, who quickly returned to the terminal with the duffle bag. While we were at the airport early for our flight, we would not have had time to return to the Parking Spot to retrieve the bag. We told that story to so many people since it happened and will continue to do so to brag on the Parking Spot's customer service.
The app made it easy to reserve, pay, enter, and exit. The shuttle was quick.
