How easy the whole process is
I like that the service and experience is very consistent. I would just continue to request better signage to guide to the exit as it's not intuitive, particularly when you are tired/worn out and just want to get home.

Current construction at your Tower Road facility is confusing and lack of exit signs. Wait times good, dropping and pick up at DEN. The driver had a ticket that none of us could decipher, poor guy is probably still riding around looking for the vehicle.
