I pull up and an attendant gets my bag and loads it on the shuttle. Then drives me right to my airline drop off. When I return, I call and there is a shuttle waiting. My luggage is unloaded and put in my car that is ready for me.
I liked that as soon as we parked we had a driver to take us to the airport. Driver helped with lounge. Then when we retured from our trip a week latter was easy to find spot with our spot card. The price was great for a week stay.
