I have been a loyal customer of The Parking Spot for over 11 years, and I honestly wouldn't park anywhere else when flying out of LAX.

I always choose valet parking because I value efficiency and saving time, and every experience has been excellent. The shuttle service is always prompt, the staff is friendly and professional, and it's the little touches—like the complimentary water bottles—that make the experience even better.

What really impressed me during my most recent trip was the level of customer service. Before leaving for Mexico with my father, I asked about charging my new electric vehicle. The website mentioned that charging was available, but when I arrived, I learned that I would need my own charger, which I didn't have. I figured it wasn't a big deal and planned to find a charging station when I returned.

To my surprise, when I arrived back in Los Angeles, my vehicle was fully charged and ready to go. Somehow, the team went above and beyond to figure out a solution without my personal charger. Because of their effort, I was able to drive home late at night without having to stop and find a charging station.

That level of service, initiative, and genuine care for customers is rare these days. Thank you to The Parking Spot and your incredible staff for consistently delivering outstanding service and for going the extra mile when you didn't have to. It was easy to make my reservations, pick up and drop off was timely and the staff that I encountered were very nice, even very early in the morning. I also like the discounts that are offered.

Easy access into the parking lot from the interstate, I enjoy parking under the cover and the price isn't that much higher to park in the uncovered lot. and the shuttle is A+. I did not have a long wait for the shuttle from the parking spot or airport.
