Easy of use on the app to get in and out. Improvement needed, more frequent transportation for International travelers. Every 30 minutes causes delays. Also some, not all of the drivers could be a bit more friendly when dealing with the customers. Otherwise, will still be using your services.
Great job- I notice the service has continually gotten better over the last several weeks and I just want to call that out. Teams have been helpful and quick with the shuttles.
Love your services; however, during my last visit 10/14, my car was not brought around in a timely manner. Waited about 10 minutes. I also carried my own luggage while I waited outside in the heat. After I kept asking where my car was, one attendant brought around the wrong car. I drive a Lexus convertible and a Kia was delivered.
The attendants were too busy catering to men dressed in football team attire. I guess they were hoping to get a big tip, so I kindly placed my $10 back in my pocket. Never has the service been at such an abominable level.
