Timely drop off at the terminals during critical time
On the way to IAH, Janis H was super upbeat and helpful with our luggage. She was very clear on which terminal she should stop at and helpful to other passenger. Before we stopped at terminal, she would let us know so we can be ready to go. Other drivers need to do this because some just stop but it’s hard to see which terminal it is with the windows having stuff on it.
Michelle (I think she had glasses on and African American in case yall have more than 1 Michelle) was our driver on way home. She was great and very helpful with our luggage since we had a baby in tow. She offered to just let her transfer the luggage down to us. She was kind as well.

Pickup at car and drop off at terminal door. Don’t have to wait long for a van. Drivers are courteous and helpful. Vans are clean and well cared for. Reservation process, check in and check out process is easy. Very nice to offer a complimentary water bottle on check out. Good having the driver’s QR code posted for people who have no cash to be able to tip the driver.
