After flying in and out of Phoenix for four years on monthly long trips to the East Coast, secure long-term parking has become increasingly important to me. Early on, I tried some of the cheaper airport-area hotels, which worked well at the time, but shuttle pick-up and drop-off services offer clear advantages.

The combination of covered parking in the Phoenix heat, gated security, and 24-hour staff dedicated solely to parking provides a level of protection that hotels simply do not match. Additionally, long-term parking can create challenges for car batteries already stressed by the Arizona climate. Fortunately, the parking staff are quick to assist with a jump when needed something many people starting out may overlook.

I’ve since replaced my battery after experiencing two instances where I needed assistance, but I still appreciate that those timely jumps ensured I was able to make it home. Steven Bryant

Getting picked up and dropped off at our spot

I was told about Parking Spot North, but never used them previously. I wasn’t sure what to expect my first time, but it was easy to figure out. I prepaid for parking, followed the signs and was directed where to park. The bus picked me up at my car shortly after I parked, the driver was friendly and we took the 5 minute drive to the airport. It was great. I didn’t have to remember where I parked, the bus driver gave me a card with my parking spot written on it and instr when I returned. A few days later, I arrived at the airport at 5:45 am and expected I’d have to wait for a bus. I went to the app and I pressed the button in the app which alerted the bus driver that I was waiting to be picked up. I was at the pick up location, and within 5 minutes, the bus arrived to pick me up any take me to the parking spot. He dropped me off at my car and unloaded my bags! Although it was my 1st time, it was easier than I expected and at 5:45 in the morning, I really never expected someone to be there that quickly! They definitely exceeded my expectations and I will be sure to pass the information to others! It was great!
