GREAT WAY TO PARK
EVERYONE VERY HELPFUL
Reliable, convenient and affordable. Always friendly staff as well.
The shuttle pulled right up to my car which was super convenient!
Transportation to and from the airport was seamless. I felt safe traveling alone.
I like your helpfulness when I come into the lot and the friendliness of your drivers.
convient location
It is very convenient.
After the initial time that you took over has returned back somewhat to the previous good service . Prices still too high at times so not unwilling to look around but feel I am a loyal customer and always try to use you first
The Parking Spot is the only place I book from!
I love not having to worry about finding a spot on the day of my flight.
Good Parking
quick pick up at airport polite and friendly crew
Easy transition, around the clock pickup and drop off. Price also reasonable
Great customer service, cleanliness reliable
Convience and nearby
I enjoyed the service from the parking attendant and the shuttle bus driver. The shuttles were on time and got us to the airport in time for our flight.
Everything is great !
Easy to find, Prompt pick up at parking spot, kindness of driver and very informative, prompt pick up at airport too! Price is great too.
Easy to get in and out - always someone around for check in and out. Pricing seems to be inching up but still not as bad as parking at the airport. Love the shuttle there and back as well.
Very easy to plan, execute. The reservation process is easy: the pick up from the airport is timely. After a long trip, it's nice to know there will be a pickup very quickly!
Thank you
Super easy to reserve. The price is on point. The shuttles are prompt. I also apprciate the bottled water on the way out. Thank you!
Instant shuttle pickup, even at 4 am , which was when we arrived at the parking lot for our recent trip! Staff at the entry gate and along the way, directing us to where the shuttle was.
Minimal wait time, easy access and now extended covered parking options
This trip went much more smoothly than the last one. The van arrived shortly after we did. There was space for all 4 of us on the van.
The last trip there was construction in the pick up area and complete lack of communication about where to pick up the shuttle. Several of us waited a long time before heading over to the other wing of the airport.
Prompt buses, easy entry and exit, polite drivers
The busses were timely this trip, which we very much appreciated.
It was convenient and the drivers were professional and polite. The app is terrible. It kept telling me that it was offline and retry when you try and see we're the bus was at.
Reliable, friendly service
Quick and easy to get to. Safe parking spaces. Great staff.
Pick up and drop off was very easy. Driver was very courteous.
