Fast pick up. Wish that they still picked up premium and then left through the gates instead of picking a bunch of people up in the back lot before heading to the airport.

Our driver Julio G.
He was very helpful and made this experience very enjoyable.
This time was an absolute perfect experience! I show up and I am upgraded. A nice quick ride to the terminal. The driver was efficient and friendly! On my return, as I am walking out the bus is pulling up. Again a quick, efficient ride back to my car! The driver was friendly and brought my bag off the bus. Lastly leaving, I C E cold water and a quick exit! Thank you all!!!
Everything was on time
When I checked out, my credit card attached to my account was not being taken as payment. I did not have another one in my physical possession. The attendant working was so helpful in making sure that I was taken care of and was very patient!
On my way to the airport, my driver was the nicest driver that I have ever had. He was comical and professional.
