It was convenient, the shuttle was right there when we parked for our outgoing flight and right there when we stepped out of baggage after our incoming flight. Everyone was helpful. It was easy and relatively inexpensive.

I have used the parking spot several times now. I exclusively use the uncovered self Park. Pick up is quick and easy bolt directions. I have no complaints whatsoever. Will never park anywhere else when I am at Bradley airport
