Easy online booking. Easy entry with QR code and met by attendant who pointed out our spot. Easy onboarding to the shuttle. Upon return we arrived after hours, called the number and the attendant stayed on the phone while the driver pulled up. The drivers were courteous and placed our bags on and off the shuttle, even upon return offered to load the bags in our truck as it was 1am.
