It makes airport parking easy. The only improvement I can think of is detailed information or maybe even a map where to be after arrival for your shuttle pick up.

For our departure, the bus was right behind us. Do our arrival, we only waited approximately 10 minutes. The people we came in contact with, from the cashier to the bus drivers weee very personable and helpful!

Easy to reserve, find parking. Shuttle finder is great. A little hard to find car upon return, especially when parked on ground level. This driver (same both ways) was not the friendliest or most helpful but was fine

Covered, secure parking, reasonable prices, excellent shuttle drivers.
Great location, speedy service. We particularly like that vehicles are covere, so not matter the weather - ice, rain, sleet snow - we return to a clean car and can load/unload in dry conditions.
