The security of my vehicle while being parked at the parking spot I is top notch. I love the management staff in how they promptly respond and resolve any miscommunications. Jay Jennings in particular has been very helpful and supportive of understanding the details regarding resolving my concern upon my last stay. It was promptly addressed and resolved. I appreciate the parking area for my large truck. I also appreciate the quick shuttle pick up at the lot and airport. The free water upon exiting shows how the Parking Spot goes above and beyond for its customers (unfortunately the water was gone this time, but that was a first).

Parked in Parking Spot Fly spot on Conley Street on 4/21 and dropped my phone in the parking lot without realizing it. When i did realize it I was already on the shuttle to the airport. I used my company phone to call the Parking Spot office and 1) They answered! 2) The person that answered was so helpful that he immediately went to find my phone in the dark. 3) he called me back and said he found it and would keep it in the office where it would be safe for me to retrieve when I returned. The employee's name was Mont and he was super helpful. Everyone on encounter on staff was kind but a big shout out for Mont is in order! Won't park anywhere else from now on.

Super easy to get to the south lot. There's virtually no wait for the shuttles either way - to and from PHL. And you're picked up and dropped off right at your vehicle. Drivers are quick to help with your luggage. Great price for the exceptional service. As long as Parking Spot is in business we will never park at PHL again.
