Everything is very convenient and reliable. From online booking and prepaying to opening the app and seeing they have a shuttle close by and will have your vehicle ready for you at shuttle drop off (if you’ve paid for valet, which I highly recommend)

In time no issues always welcoming staff and Mary is a beautiful woman and I can’t remember the other lady’s name when I had returned back into BWI at almost midnight she was great also.
