I love using The Parking Spot whenever I travel. Parking in a covered area AND shuttle service? Yes! Sign me up! Going to and coming from the airport is easy and the service is awesome. Everyone from the gate to delivery to my vehicle were TOP NOTCH and extremely friendly.

Bus pickup at the terminal is key (inbound bus is always easy), if they are running on time and it's daylight hours the experience can be flawless. After hours the app tells you to call, my most recent trip (Nov. '25) had us at the terminal curb for pickup at 6:30a and the bus arrived (and actually waited for us because the driver had seen me wave him down), the pickup area was at the extreme end of the terminal, so some walking was necessary. Check in/out was easy with the app. and I had prepaid. Price beat my Uber roundtrip option easily by $60.

I had a flat tire when I returned , a Gentleman by the name of Kareem Hammonds , greeted me at a time of distress , and Man I could not have been happier to meet this man. He lifted my spirits up at 9pm on a sunday evening after a weeks worth of traveling ...... Kareem Saved the Day and took a bad situation and got my tire fixed up and I was up and running. As a businessman , He is a Dream Employee and The Parking Spot is lucky to have him on there team ! THANK YOU MR KAREEM HAMMONDS !!!

Your shuttle drivers are excellent. I arrived very late on Sunday night and there was a gentleman training a new driver. He was so patient and thoughtful in his interactions. And all of your drivers are always very helpful.

From the pick up in the parking lot to the airport drop off and pick up at the airport to the drop off back to the car was a great experience! My first driver she was very helpful! I cant remember names but she went way beyond expectations! I have used the parking spot 3 two times now and both were good.

Everything is always good at the parking spot. You’re always prompt and friendly and helpful, but I want to rave about the woman that picked us up and drove us back to our car after our trip was over from Florida. She asked us if we had a Snowbrush because it had unexpectedly snowed in Buffalo, and we didn’t. She got out and brushed our windows off for us.! I don’t know her name but she was a blonde woman probably in her 50s and it was on November 10 around 3:30 PM!! Outstanding service from her!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked that the bus drivers were courteous and treated every customer with respect whether the customer tipped. Also, when I didn't know my parking area when the bus driver announced it and no one moved, she was patient and had the helpful suggestion to use our key to check if our car was near. Well, it turned out to be me and she was very understanding and kind. I wasted at least 5 minutes of everyone's time but she still smiled and helped me with my baggage. I will be back to #2 parking spot even though I pass #1 to get to #2. Also, check out was easy and they even answered my question regarding the bill. Great job!
