Everything

Easy in and out

I have pics of your Air Conditioning systems in the shuttles. The vents are covered and the leaks take out seats for passengers. Pls send me an email at Email address removed and I’ll share

Easy access to parking. Shuttles run often so fast transportation to and from airport.

Organized, polite and friendly drivers and the shuttles run very frequently

There’s never any delay when dropping off my car or picking it up. They take very good care of my car. When I return, there’s always a shuttle available. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for a shuttle. They always have my car right up front waiting for me and the engine is running. If it’s the winter time, they have it all warmed up and cleaned off if there was snow. I use The Parking Spot every time I travel! Highly recommend them.

Great it was an easy drop off and pick up I highly recommend it. It’s cheaper than an Uber to and front the airport

We had a 5 AM flight and when we got on the shuttle, it left for the terminal. We did have to wait for a second shuttle, but it was only a couple minutes. The shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful.

Price, close to MCI & shuttle service.

Very convenient to the airport. The vehicles are under cover of a roof. The employees are so friendly,

The shuttle tracker is nice. Most of the drivers are nice and helpful.

Convenient and quick service

Quick with drop off and pick ups. Friendly drivers. Easy locations

Easy in and out. Safe location

Easy in easy out

Easy to use. Quick pickup and drop off. Reasonable and easy to check in and out. Great drivers.

So easy to get in and out. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I used to Uber to the airport but it is a long walk to get to the pickup location and not worth the effort. The Parking Spot transportation is always right there when I return to Austin with a quick ride straight to my car.
Price is reasonable and I scheduled a wash this last time. Very happy to come back to a clean car ready to go.

It's so easy to book a spot on the app and the location is perfect. The drivers are so professional and helpful with luggage.

It’s easy and efficient

Great place to park, easy booking. Shuttle was there to pick us up quickly once we parked and was at the airport when we arrived. We definitely park here again

Easy to book, shuttle to/from airport quick

Easy to book, easy in and out.

Convenient location, and fast shuttle pick ups.

The ease to get parking without having to look. However, there is no steady service to premier parking for pickup, several times we've had to call to get a bus to come. Why does not the gate notify bus to pickup premier parking. We used the local at MCO premier and the bus was there before we had finished parking. Their premier parking has a second gate to scan so it controls who can park in the area, not like at DAL were it is open to anyone to park.

The shuttle was prompt - I never had to wait for it.

Great place to park. Drivers are helpful. Only down side avoid shift changes of the drivers

Love the app and service provided.

I always use The Spot - South when I fly. It is so convenient to park, undercover, and let The Spot do the driving. When departing, I just tell them the airline and flight number I'm on and they take me there. When coming home, I just go to the the courtesy van pick up, give the driver the location card and am delivered straight to my car.

Thanks
