Easy to find. Efficient to use. Friendly drivers.

Customer service was extremely outstanding

Our bus drivers were very polite and very considerate

It is convenient.

One comment regarding my last visit, the driver dropped off a couple at Terminal 2 first before taking the rest of the bus to Terminal 1. I have never seen that done before (and was a little irritated).

Please bring back valet parking.

This service is amazing. Much better than other parking reservations. They pick you up promptly at your car and at the airport. That's my issue with other services. I'm anxious to get to the airport and anxious to get from the airport back to the car. Especially when you are flying at night. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Parking Spot 2 is my go to for airport parking. Thru are always so helpful and on time . Thank you for great customer service .

I love the ease of reserving through the app. The drivers are always courtesy and prompt to pick up at the vehicle once we have parked.

Quick, convenient, friendly staff.

Convenient locations, good prices, good service.

Friendly and efficient service.

Ease of use ... quick, efficient rides to and from the airport.

efficient and friendly, and very convenient

easy to get to, people are very friendley and helpful. Have been using this lot for 60 years.

Convenience and close to my area and plenty of shuttles service without having to wait for a long time.

Always there when we park so never late for our flight. We have tried other places but since trying the Parking Spot we are hooked.

Convience

Convenient to use your parking service.
Quick pick up in your parking lot.
Quick trip to the airport.Return pick up is slower but usually okay.
Scheduled ahead parking usually with a discount.

It is affordable and close to the airport

You guys do an amazing job!

Friendly and timely services at a great price.

Everything works seamlessly

The convenience and the professionalism of your drivers.

Easy reservartion process, accesible parking, easy check in and out.

Friendly, professional, and very efficient. Prices are very reasonable and I appreciate the free bottled water.

It is convenient to the airport. The staff is friendly.
The only negative is , depending on where the bus pulls up to pick us up outside the airport, people who have been waiting a long time keep getting pushed out by those just stepping out the door. There should be a sign with a queue or a number system. I have experienced too many angry moments trying to get on the bus.

Very organized and streamlined service

Economical solution to navigating transport to the Columbus Ohio Airport currently under construction detours.

Great drivers
