The Parking Spot 3 is my favorite parking spot. This is the only place I will park at. I use the covered parking, and I like it very much. The shuttles are also there within a short amount of time. The drivers are always so helpful. I have no problem getting in & out. I get parking rewards which is a big plus. Everything is great! I will continue parking there and will recommend The Parking Spot 3--I already have.

I received a call from the branch manager, Dylan after I filed a complaint about the treatment I received after we returned to retrieved our vehicle after our trip. I prepaid for our stay and upon our return, we were charged an additional $30 because our flight was delayed nearly 6 hours. The employees at the North parking spot treated me as if I was bothering them when I asked as to why we were being charged an extra day when we were delayed by nearly 5 hours. Long story short, I received a call from Dylan, apologizing without judgment. Dylan explained the policy, which I understood. Not only was he kind, he refunded me the $30, which I was not expecting. Thank you, Dylan for turning a dissatisfying situation into a pleasant one. I’ll be be back again.

Make a reservation, earn points, covered parking

The web site is easy to navigate for reservations. The drivers are the best - from the parking place number on the card, lifting my heavy checked bag in & out of the trunk, timely van pick-up upon arrival & upon return (I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes!), friendly conversations.

You guys are amazing easy transfer too and from the airport shuttle drivers are nice and willing to help with bags and super easy access the the major highways

Parking Spot South is my choice when I need to leave my car at the airport in Phoenix. Very convenient and easy to get to location, efficient entry process, immediate shuttle service to your car, personable drivers and lot staff if you need assistance. Covered parking is nice to not have to worry as much about the elements. Shuttle pick up at airport is very fast and shuttle tracking on app let's you see where your shuttle is when it detects your location. Exit from the lot is as quick and easy as entry. App is simple to use for reservations, check in, check out. Pre-payment offers are good deals for such a convenient covered parking option. Highly recommend!

Pickup was relatively quick going and coming. Entrance off McKay a much more convenient than off Will Clayton Pkwy.
