Drivers greet you in your way in and directs you to where to park. The drivers are friendly & very helpful at pick up or drop off. Always get you to your terminal safely!

There was an issue when I returned from my trip, but Assistant Manager Cheryl Hosey addressed it immediately. She took the time to speak with me, investigate my report regarding the shuttle driver, and make sure my concerns were handled appropriately.

Cheryl’s prompt response, professionalism, and commitment to customer service speak volumes about the level of care she provides to customers. I greatly appreciate how she handled the situation and will definitely be using The Parking Spot 2 again soon.

Quick In-N-Out very easy. Very helpful drivers grab your luggage and put it on the bus for you. It’s great to work with you people I enjoy thank you.

Prepaid, show our QR code, get directed to parking lane, pickup is quick both at the car and airport, delivered right to the car, scan and on my way home. I don't know how you can make it better.

It is less expensive than inside airport parking. Just give it an extra 30 minutes and you should be fine.

Self service was simple to use at both entry and exit. The driver pickup was timely to and from the airport. The drivers were courteous. The one issue i would say is that at airport pickup, I did not find any phone number to call when we arrived. We waited outside for the next bus, which is not the issue. there were many people queued up for the bus back to the lot. possibly work out a more effective way for additional busses during peak arrival times. Thank you
