Good service.
I use the Sepulveda location. Great resource for LAX parking. I do everything from my phone. Make reservations, check in and check out of the facilities. Good parking options and prices. Plenty of shuttles for quick pick up and drop off. I have been parking there for several years and won’t be leaving anytime soon!

Picked up and dropped at your car so you don’t have to drag your luggage. Drivers are always helpful with luggage.

My only Issue is the last time the plow torn off my front license plate and scratched the front bumpers I wasn’t happy about these things
I like the constant running of the shuttle buses. I am always comfortable parking my car and knowing that it’s in a safe space.
Covered parking space, drop off right next to the car, fair pricing. And the other time when I stayed, my tire was flat, and you guys were able to pump my tire! That was a big deal.
what I do NOT like, is that I had to wait too long for the bus to arrive to the airport to pick me up on the way back.

The staff was friendly, helpful and patient
secure, covered parking. I feel the North DFW premium lot is more secure than parking in the DFW garages. I am not a big fan of the shuttle service, but 7 out of 10 times I don't have any delays.
