Ease of online parking purchase with QR code to scan at entrance and exit. Staff was very friendly and efficient with coming to our row to pick us up. Yellow and black shuttles are very recognizable at airport pick up spot. Well-lighted large parking lot. Reminder card from staff with parking spot noted. A+ experience

I always use Parking Spot 2 in St Louis for a variety of reasons: easy access to/from the highway, less crowded than other lots, it's easy to make a reservation at a less expensive price and I can still make it to/from the terminals in a timely manner.

Most of the drivers are very good, but they really really really need to clean the a/c vents/units in the shuttles. They are discussing and are very unhealthy to breathe for the passengers and drivers

I was pleasantly surprised there was someone in the booth when we arrived at 4:45 am. The ease of parking and the shuttle getting us was very nice as well as the return trip with getting us from the airport. Wonderful shuttle drivers! HIGHLY recommend The Parking Spot.
Love the covered parking especially in the Arizona summers. The price always works for me! The ease of the app for in and out. There’s never been any problems with pick ups in lot and they seem to know you’re ready for pickup at the airport too! Highly recommend!

Good prices, super convenient pickup of us and our luggage right AT our car!!! Great service overall. Little confusion on the way back as we were dropped off at valet but were able to get right back on the bus. Departing personnel did not give us any type of ticket on where we parked but thank goodness we remembered and were right near the self-park entrance….otherwise we may have been circling the large parking lot for a while trying to find the car on our return!!
