The new oversized area and more shuttles have really helped.
Friendly staff, safe parking, reasonable price
The challenge is that the frequency of the shuttles is changing - there are multiple times were the wait is over 15-20 minutes. If that is becoming the norm, than other locations, eg. HIlton Parking become more relevant because they are much less expensive and their only down side was shuttle wait time.
