I’ve used the spot in several cities, they are always the first to arrive. Years ago I used another service. While waiting for a pickup, Parking Spot had three shuttles while I waited. I switched and have never regretted it. They are SO reliable and door to door service is incredibly convenient and welcome after a long trip. I truly live this company.

Covered parking is the main reason. If you didn't have covered parking, we would have parked on airport property.
The Parking Spot 2 is quick and easy to get into and out off. It is also close to I69/59 for quick access to the highway.
Quick pickup at the car and assistance with lifting luggage. Also buses run often for pickup from airport to go back to parking spot after trips. Friendly and polite, helpful with heavy luggage on return.

iah parking spot greatly improved from my last experience. on arrival, we were picked up promptly and expeditiouslly delivered to our car at jfk blvd facility. no more frustration at wearily waiting and watching vans to will clayton pass by repeatedly (and empty) while awaiting jfk van pickup that never came. this time was better. our driver - david - was great and very helpful. your ongoing management effort is paying off. keep it up!
