Great service, and Great people.!
We have used the parking spot for years. Parking is easy and there is generally always someone waiting to pick you up. And with all of the construction at the Columbus airport right now it is so much easier to have them drive!

Everything
Easy to get to
Easy in and out. Drivers are friendly and polite.
The ease of the drop off and pick up. I do not like taking Uber services to the airport. Too much fragrance issues in vehicles and the lack of proper driving habits. Therefore, I prefer to drive myself to the airport
Convenient and knowing I have a place to park that I don't have to worry about my vehicle.
Helpful staff
Timely shuttle vans
Fast, efficient, courteous service. Close to the airport. Don't have to wait long for the shuttle.
Online ease of reservations, mobile entry and exit, and quick pickup at the parking area to get to the airport and quick pickup at the airport upon departure!
I like that Parking Spot 2 is less expensive than Parking Spot 1, but is still a covered lot. It's only a few yards further on down the road, and is relatively easy to get in and out. Pickup service is quick. Usually don't have to wait too long when returning from a trip for the shuttle. Most of the staff has been friendly and very helpful.
Convenient & good customer service by the drivers
Proximity to east terminal and direct to/from
Easy access. Good deals at times.
Don’t have to call your shuttle for service. Buses are very recognizable and well marked. Drivers are always courteous & helpful. Locations are good. Dropped off right at your car.
Easy to get to and away from. The shuttle comes right to your car and drops off at same spot. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. It's a low cost, conventional way to get to the air port.
