Parking, and transport to and from the airport was very good.

My only problem is when I checked out at the front gate, I requested my receipt to be e-mailed to me but it never showed up. It asked me if I wanted a receipt e-mailed to me and I responded pushing the green button more than once but I got no response. How can I get a receipt for my stay there?
I checked out on Wednesday October 7th around 7:30 pm.

The Parking Spot East is conveniently located - it's just a quick turn off the highway for me - and the parking areas are easy to navigate. There's always plentiful parking and I have been able to book parking when needed for last-minute work trips. I feel much better leaving my car in a secured and supervised lot. The staff are always kind and welcoming. The shuttle drivers are just the friendliest and most helpful people. I usually park in uncovered self-parking, which is a large lot, and the shuttle drivers always drive directly to my car, which I always appreciate, but I am especially grateful when I'm traveling alone at night. I highly recommend the Parking Spot East to all travelers!

Wait times when arriving at parking lot to go to airport or wait time at airport to go to car averaged 15 min which is longer than expected. Improve wait times and have more drivers/bises

I appreciate being able to reserve a spot ahead of time and how quickly the van picks you up to take you to the airport.

Driver going to the airport was very accommodating. Driver from the airport it’s not so much.

Waiting in terminal a pickup for awhile as your north truck was parked there but no driver. South truck pulls so I asked what's up with the north truck he looks over there and the north driver is outside on the other side of the truck smoking.
