Guest Testimonials
Easy to reserve a spot. It was well marked as to where to go park. The shuttle drivers were right there as we got out of our car and were super friendly and helpful loading and unloading our luggage. Very safe drivers. Easy check-in and checkout!! The lot was well lit as well.
Easy in and out. Online makes it a breeze and the shuttle service runs regularly with not much time between rides.
Everything!

Easy access, drivers find vehicle with no problem.
The Parking Spot has been flawless in my dozens of times as a customer. Thank you for giving me a safe, affordable, convenient way to park near major airports, which makes it possible for me to confidently drive myself to/from the airport. This is a huge benefit for a single person.
Timely.

it is very easy to use
Fast and convenient
Dependable. Convenient.
I like that I rarely have to wait long for a shuttle when arriving home to PIT, and my car is always covered - no more slogging through the open parking lot in rain or snow. It is sometimes a bit of a wait to get TO the airport from the parking lot - so give yourself an extra time. Drivers are always nice and polite. Glad to have found this place rather than fighting to park at the airport itself.
We were planning to book a "limo" b/c we are seniors and worried about lifting bags, but we were seduced by your discount coupon and you saved us more than $100. In addition, the drivers were polite and absolutely amazing, lifting our bags on and off before we could even ask for help!
Quick, easy, friendly staff
I appreciate the app and being able to mark my parking spot, as well as tracking the shuttle buses.

Your shuttle buses are there within a minute. And there is usually a bus waiting for me in baggage claim.
