I like that I rarely have to wait long for a shuttle when arriving home to PIT, and my car is always covered - no more slogging through the open parking lot in rain or snow. It is sometimes a bit of a wait to get TO the airport from the parking lot - so give yourself an extra time. Drivers are always nice and polite. Glad to have found this place rather than fighting to park at the airport itself.
We were planning to book a "limo" b/c we are seniors and worried about lifting bags, but we were seduced by your discount coupon and you saved us more than $100. In addition, the drivers were polite and absolutely amazing, lifting our bags on and off before we could even ask for help!
