The parking spot is the best airport parking shuttle. I love that they pick you up and drop you off right at your car!

Parking and drop-off at the airport are easy and the drivers always assist with my baggage. The shuttles run frequently and returning from the airport is seamless with drop-off at my vehicle parking spot.

The timelines of pick up and drop off the customer service and courtesy of the drivers assisting with baggage and positive attitudes, when interacting with the customers, also checking in and checking out always super pleasant positive energy from all the staff that I encounter during all my trips!! We were picked up promptly at both parking pick-up and at the airport. The driver both ways was very courteous.

They always provide a great service. With many special deals listed, we usually purchase Covered Premium Parking. Can’t wait for the road construction to be finished. Many of our flights are early morning with arrival at the airport by 3:30 or 4 am. I have been challenged with finding my way through the construction when it is dark out. It will be fantastic once construction is finished.

Safety is built into entering the parking facility. I liked that once I parked the car a shuttle shortly arrived behind my car to take me & my luggage into the shuttle to the airport. I didn't have to wander around with my suitcase to get back to front to find the shuttle.

I like that the shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car for safely. It is also nice they help you with your suitcase. The staff is also very friendly.
