Love the door to door service
Pick up and drop off at car. Little waiting.
Easy to reserve, app works well, like touchless entry/exit. Lighted parking lot, signal light out onto Genesee especially for turning left toward the I-90. Shuttle drivers are courteous and timely. Accepts AAA discounts and prices are fair.
The drivers go out of their way to be helpful.

Free membership, specials throughout the year, great employees, timely pick up and drop offs.
Super easy, I traveled alone and felt very comfortable with the staff and where to be.
We like everything about your service. The Parking Spot has not disappointed us yet -- and that makes us VERY happy. It is easy to book our reservation. As soon as we arrive there is always a shuttle ready to take us to the airport -- and most of the time when we get to the parking garage from the return flight a shuttle is waiting for us -- and if not, it is soon there. Really appreciate how well this service business is run. Thank you.
Seamless arrival and pickup from terminal!
Easy to get in and out. Responded to our cancelled flight with no charge, just had to rebook. There are a lot of buses so waiting for pick up has never been a problem.
easy to reserve, and the lots are safe :) Drivers are very kind and timely. I love the PARKING SPOT
Always pleasant and on time
Convenient location, efficient shuttle to/from terminal, fair price, especially compared to parking at the terminal.
Love Parking Spot! The drivers are courteous and on time. Quick and easy in an out of facility, too! Well worth the price of admission!
Most of the time the driver loads our suitcases, delivers us to our departure airline, and several trucks pass by frequently to pick you up on your return. We'd forgotten where we had to meet the truck after getting our luggage so we had to walk quite a ways, but now we'll know for the future. The drivers also took down our luggage and set it by our car. We always tip and it pains us to see others not doing the same. It's relatively inexpensive and quick so we drive the 1 1/2 hours to BWI to use the services.
Good service
