Most of the time the driver loads our suitcases, delivers us to our departure airline, and several trucks pass by frequently to pick you up on your return. We'd forgotten where we had to meet the truck after getting our luggage so we had to walk quite a ways, but now we'll know for the future. The drivers also took down our luggage and set it by our car. We always tip and it pains us to see others not doing the same. It's relatively inexpensive and quick so we drive the 1 1/2 hours to BWI to use the services.
Ease of making a reservation, using points for free days, and getting a discount as a valuable member and prepaying. What I don't like is the segregation of customers into premium and standard paying customers and having to wait a long time for the #1 location buses. Also, our driver that picked up at IAH terminal wasn't very helpful with bags.

I appreciate the customer service, especially the assistance provided to meet my special accommodation needs. I have a mobility disorder that requires me to use a motorized scooter that breaks down into three parts, and the staff makes the process as easy and accommodating as possible.
I also value the convenient proximity to the airport. Lastly, having access to a safe, covered parking lot at a reasonable cost is a significant benefit.

This week, our flight was delayed to arrive well after midnight. When I arrived at the pick-up point, The only Parking Spot van was for a different lot than where I was parked. I asked the driver if the other van would be coming soon, and she mentioned she was keeping an eye on a couple of unsavory-looking guys that were hanging out in the area - I hadn't even noticed them. She told me to jump in, and she would take me to my car. As a single female alone, I was VERY appreciative that she was looking out for my safety, as well as providing the outstanding service that I count on. The Parking Spot has always been my preferred parking choice, and now with this experience there's even more reason to for it to be my number one choice!
Easy to get in and out. Responded to our cancelled flight with no charge, just had to rebook. There are a lot of buses so waiting for pick up has never been a problem.
