I like that I can park my car and you pick me up as soon as I park. I don’t have to wait too long to be driven to the airport. Once I get there, you drop me off at a perfect spot to go right through security. On the way home I get the same service.

Convenience of reserving online; shuttle is always ready to pick me up when I arrive; drivers are friendly and willing to lend a hand loading and unloading my suitcase; I know that I will arrive at the airport promptly and when I return, the shuttle is always waiting to take me back to my car.

The drivers are courteous and help you with your luggage on/off the bus. The parking process is easily understood by the large amount of signage. Buses are always available for airport transport or airport pickup. The only improvement I would recommend is to better identify the four lots individually.
The lot is close to the airport, and we didn't have to wait very long for the bus in either direction. The location is very convenient to the interstate.

But I sense after losing enough customers the new corporate owner realized they had to roll things back - including AAA discounts. I'm a legacy Express Parker despite now being retired. Many of the people are new but they've been well trained and 99% are friendly. Prices are competitive and once you learn the new approach to parking, Valet is still the ideal for me vs. self park. You regained my loyalty!
