Service is spot on, very courteous staff, well organized with limited wait times for pick up and drop off. Used for several years and would never consider going anywhere else
We absolutely love using the Parking Spot. You can reserve in advance. Once you park, the shuttle to the airport is normally right there with you. Driver's are great and always help with luggage (please tip well for those who earn it, and they all have for us so far). When you come back, the app automatically notifies the shuttle. We've never had to wait too long. Joining the spot club earns rewards every time you park. We will never use another lot at CMH.
