Great experience from start to finish! Let me start by saying—I have major travel anxiety & constantly worry that something will not go as planned. We have used other parking companies in the past that contributed to said anxiety. We have had to wait on other companies shuttles at the airport for over 45 minutes with minimal communication. The parking spot was literally waiting right there in the same spot each & every time we needed them whether it was 3AM or 11PM. No waits & always met with a smile. We will absolutely be using this company again & will be sharing this info with friends, family, & clients flying out of ATL. This group runs like a well oiled machine from the drivers to the cashiers & we are so thankful!

I like not having to wait too long for a bus like at the airport....I used to use the on-site garage but the bus wait times are RIDICULOUS!! Parking Spot usually has busses waiting on both ends of the trip and they pick you up and deliver you right back to your car.
