very easy. they pick up and return you right to your car. very helpful with bags and getting on/off shuttle. I like that they give you a reminder card with your parking spot number so you won't forget where you parked. I will definitely use them again.

My go to spot for offsite parking at airport. Parking Spot need to tighten things better in sending shuttle to find me after I parked my car. I had wait out 3 shuttles before getting picked up to the airport. Luckily, I was not in a hurry.

Much better than the Parking Spots in Atlanta, where I'm from and use all the time.
Although I only parked a rental for one day, I would have loved the car wash service offered. Atlanta could learn a lot from you all on service and options.
