I have already recommended you to several friends. I don't know if they joined or not. I like that I know I have a place to park when I get to the airport. I like the AAA discount. The shuttle drivers are very courteous.

I don't like that something unexpected comes up and the trip needs to be cancelled and I cannot get a refund. This did happen to me. I was able to edit the trip later but wasn't sure when that would happen. I was admitted to the hospital several days before my planned flight and had to cancel my flight but could not cancel the parking. I did use the credit months later.

Great pricing, easy to follow instructions for first time users. Love the pick up and drop off at your car so youre not walking around a parking lot late at night or in the elements.

The Parking Spot has fast pick up service from my car and at the airport. The gentlemen carried my luggage on and off the bus. Great service. If the weather forecast had indicated stormy weather, I would have used the covered parking. I’ve used The Paeking Spot before Covid and am glad I did so again on this last trip.

Easy to check in online. When you drive up and scan your parking pass it's all automatic. No delays. Shuttle bus service was good with friendly drivers.

We parked there for 5 days, when we got off the shuttle, we left one suitcase on the bus. Before we even left the property we contacted by phone, and our suitcase was returned just outside the parking lot. thank you for your prompt customer service.

I like that the parking spot is super easy, the van comes to pick you up directly from your parking spot. The people are very kind and helpful. I would take this over the airport parking lot any day.
