Seems secure. However, I formation told me that in standard covered area I would be picked up in about 10 min. In 12b after 20+ min of having seen several trolleys in the area but not come to pick me up, I walked up to the main center. Was picked up there after nearly 30 min. Glad it wasn’t raining.

It was very easy to make a reservation, pricing was fair, but their customer service was exceptional. Drivers were very friendly and the manager resolved an issue I had right on the spot. I will definitely use them again.
